Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

McRory Pediatrics has an awesome administrative team. We would like to thank Katie, Jessica A., Jessica M., Dana, Laura & Seneta for all that they do each and every day. Whether scheduling clients, billing insurance companies, checking families in for services, ordering supplies or anything else that needs to be done these women do it with passion, dedication and a smile on their face!

April is Occupational Therapy Month!

McRory Pediatrics is blessed to have an amazing group of top-notch occupational therapists on our team! Whether working on feeding, fine-motor skills, play skills, sensory processing or self-help skills, you will find each therapist doing it with much creativity and passion. What separates our team from others is the amount of time spent on individualizing programs, collaborating with other disciplines, and parent training as needed to foster generalization outside of the clinic.

Thank you Anna, LeeAnn, Erin, Katie, Ajeeta, Katrina, Carollyn, Michelle, and Shira for your dedication and commitment to excellence. We couldn’t do it without each and every one of you!

Employee Spotlight: April Employee of the Month

McRory Pediatrics would like to congratulate Bobby for being our employee of the month!

Bobby has made an extraordinary difference in the lives of the children and families that he works with within the field and at school resulting in him being recognized and appreciated by teachers, classroom staff, assistant principals, parents and co-workers.

He constantly goes above and beyond in training parents and school staff on his client's behavior treatment plan in order to ensure consistency across the client's environment. He always explains what he is doing in clear language and encourages parents to participate through challenging situations. At any time you can find Bobby helping out other BII's and training staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Bobby is very enthusiastic about the work he does and inspires others in the process.

When asked about what he perceives as the number one challenge in his current position, Bobby stated, "I think the number one challenge is being seen as fun and reinforcing to our kids and at the same time maintaining that instructional control needed to be successful."
Bobby indicated three traits that he lives by, which include being hard working, honest, and a team player. He believes that he has learned tremendously from all of the supervisors he has had over the years while working at McRory Pediatrics.
Bobby also shared that the top 3 highlights of his life have been, "Getting married, being a father to my two daughters, and bowling in the USBC nationals with my father."
Thank you Bobby for all of your dedication and commitment that you exhibit when working with your clients. We truly appreciate your efforts in helping us to reach our mission!
